In June 2015, I weighed 314 lbs and decided it was time for a change. I set a goal to lose 100 lbs. Over the winter, I changed the way I eat, and then added in exercise. 11 months later, I am down to 212 (having lost just over 100 lbs) and I am up to running almost 3 miles without stopping. Many people I haven’t seen since the Fall have asked what I did to lose all the weight – so I created this site.
