In June 2015, I weighed 314 lbs and decided it was time for a change. I set a goal to lose 100 lbs. Over the next winter, I changed the way I eat, and then added in exercise. 3 years later, I am down to 195 (having lost just over 120 lbs) and I have run half marathons, a full marathon, a Spartan race and a duathlon.
